The most useful next step would be a written TriMet response
identifying one responsible staff owner; the service-recovery actions TriMet
can take under current authority and revenue; the actions that depend on
another institution or new funding; the next public decision date for each
dependency; and the measures TriMet will use to show whether access,
frequency, and reliability are recovering. After tomorrow's Board comment, I
would welcome that response in writing, along with the public venue and date
where this work will return.
