By November 16, or before any further service reduction is proposed, whichever
comes first, please name one staff owner and publish TriMet’s recovery-
accountability record showing:
• What service-recovery actions TriMet can take under its current authority
and revenue.
• What actions depend on Metro, ODOT, the City of Portland, counties, the
Oregon Legislature, or new funding.
• For every dependency, which institution TriMet is engaging and the next
public decision date.
• What measures will show whether access, frequency, and reliability are
actually recovering.
Please confirm that my name has been removed from today’s oral speaker list
and that this updated testimony has been added to the public record.
