September 17 JPACT follow-up: accountability ask

My request to JPACT was narrow: schedule a follow-up and make the Transit Work
Group activities visible in a simple public implementation table showing the
action, responsible institution, what can occur under current authority and
revenue, what requires new funding, and the next public decision date. I
requested an initial ownership and follow-up structure within 60 days, not a
finished regional recovery plan.
Please route this note to the appropriate chair and Transit Work Group/staff
contacts and let me know the appropriate staff contact and next public date
for this request.
I would also appreciate having this follow-up preserved with the public
response trail for my September 17 comment.
